Jing Shen Jiang is a city in the Feydark founded by changelings. It has become a haven where shapeshifters of all kinds can live in peace.

The entrance to Jing Shen Jiang is concealed at Holt Settlement, a separate settlement in the Feydark that once housed renegade humans. No humans currently live there: its residents are changelings and doppelgangers posing as humans and elves to conceal Jing Shen Jiang’s existence.
