These magical high-heeled shoes conform to the wearer's feet when put on. They are not cursed, though walking in them may still require practice.
While wearing the stilettos, you can use them to make a melee weapon attack. On a hit, the attack deals piercing damage equal to 1d4 + the ability modifier used for the attack, plus 2d8 necrotic damage.
A creature hit by the stilettos must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer a bleeding wound. At the start of each of the wounded creature's turns, it takes 1d6 necrotic damage, then repeats the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success.
