Andrew Taminok

Andrew Taminok is the youngest son of a family rooted in farming and mercantile trade. Selling vegetables remained the family’s primary business even as it diversified into other goods. Andrew’s father regularly travelled to negotiate sales and expand the business; during Andrew’s lifetime, he also purchased the brewery that now bears the Taminok name. Andrew’s mother, Eleanor, is in her seventies and lives separately with servants.

Accounts portray Andrew as exceptionally strong, athletic, and practiced with armor, shields, and a wide range of weapons. His artisan’s training includes brewer’s supplies, smithing, carpentry, and masonry. He is recorded as knowing Common, Common Sign Language, and Orc.

Andrew has five older brothers. The eldest, Bramis, became a sailor and captain in Maidenfeld service; he is married to Satoria, who asks Andrew to call her “Sister,” and the couple have four children. The second brother, Thorgral, won silver in fencing at the ToTO Friendship Games, later worked at the family brewery, and married Labella, Andrew’s second sister-in-law. The third brother became a lecturer at the University of the Maltreks, the fourth a successful blacksmith, and the fifth a jeweler.
