Rurika Maidenfeld
Rurika Maidenfeld is a healer in The Thirteen. She is the daughter of Spearmint Maidenfeld, an itinerant spice and herb merchant whose family had migrated into Poasah from Senera generations earlier.
After her father was falsely accused of adultery and executed, Rurika was driven from town and survived in the wilderness through her knowledge of herbs. Her gift for healing magic was later discovered by Carmain Praisa of The Thirteen’s Healing Corps, who took her in and trained her in the healing arts.
Rurika was eventually deployed to the Tandurian border as a healer and to assist in searches for magical creatures.
