The Draco-Giant War is a major historical event that engulfed the Feywild into a massive conflict between the Giants and the Dragons. The conflict led to the deaths of large numbers of fey folk, in no small part due to the physical size of the combatants, who often overlooked the fair-sized.

The impending arrival of a stable fey crossing to the world Thera allowed a sizeable number of refugees to cross, and take refuge in a region of that world that is now the island of Senera.
