This unsettling glass eye grants the wearer the effects of a Gem of Seeing. While you are wearing or carrying the eye, you can use an action to expend 1 charge to gain truesight out to a range of 120 feet for 10 minutes. During this time, you can see invisible creatures and objects, automatically detect visual illusions and succeed on saving throws against them, perceive the original form of a shapechanger or a creature that is transformed by magic, and see into the Ethereal Plane.
The eye regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
While the eye is placed into an empty eye socket and you are attuned to it, the item instead has unlimited charges and does not require recharging.
