This black magical cock ring resizes itself to fit its wearer, resting loosely enough to be deliberately removed but securely enough to stay in place during ordinary movement.
The sheath has four vibration levels. While holding or wearing it, a creature can speak the command word "mabrast'er" to activate the sheath at its lowest vibration level. Each time the command word is spoken again, the vibration increases by one level. If the command word is spoken while the sheath is at its fourth vibration level, the sheath turns off.
The sheath does not need to be worn to vibrate. It can be held, worn, or otherwise placed against a creature.
Any arousal caused by the sheath is not a magical compulsion or enchantment. It is the intended physical effect of the sheath's vibration.
