Andrei Delarde
Andrei Delarde was a founding member of the infamous mercenary group Free Theater along with its leader, Paula Abdul. He was once a fellow at the venerable Apgarian Magical Military Academy, before he was dismissed due to charges of embezzlement of public funds.
